Cancellation Policy:

Your registration for the event confirms your company's commitment to participating and paying the full participation fee. An invoice in your chosen format will be sent to you prior to the event. Please note that failure to pay the invoice does not automatically cancel your registration.

We understand that plans may change. Updates to registration details, such as participant names or dietary requirements, can be made up until April 1, 2025.

In the unlikely event that the organizer needs to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), all registered participants will be promptly informed, and any participation fees already paid will be fully refunded. However, please note that the organizer cannot be held responsible for covering additional costs incurred due to the cancellation.
